Our 10-12 age climbing classes are designed to be fun and challenging for any level of climber. At this age we review the core fundamentals and start to introduce more intermediate to advanced climbing techniques such as: Flagging, Switching Feet, Toe and Heal Hooking, Smearing. Each child progresses at their own pace and our curriculum is designed to support whatever skill level your climber is currently at. In the 10-12 age class we strive to create a fun, supportive, and welcoming environment in which to grow as a climber and an individual. Climbing is an amazing sport which promotes fitness, coordination, problem solving skills, and self confidence that will help them in daily life. All wrapped up in a fun and rewarding activity they can enjoy for years to come.
All Summit Youth classes have a minimum of 3 students. If the class does not hit its minimum, you will be given the opportunity to change to a different class slot or receive a refund.
