Apex Climbing Gym Waiver and Release 2023-06-08

All people entering the Apex Climbing Gym facility must have a valid Waiver and Release on file. If you (as an adult) or your minor child/children already have a valid Wavier and Release on file you generally do not need to fill another one out.
