Sign your child up to enjoy a week building their climbing and social skills while having fun on and off the walls! Each week includes daily “special” themed sessions of either art or science. Designed for children of all experience levels. Children bring their own lunch; tennis shoes for non-climbing activities.

Minimum of 8 children per section needed for a section to run and each section is capped at 12.

Cancellation policy: full refund if cancelled before May 1. 50% is refundable beginning May 1. If there are not 8 participants in a section we will cancel 10 days prior and you will receive a full refund.

Summer camps at Apex are best suited for climbers who are able to understand and follow directions, work and play with others, and eat and use the bathroom independently. If your child has sensory needs, we recommend visiting the facility before enrolling in camp; the climbing gym is a high-sensory environment and may be overwhelming for some. We are happy to discuss sensory items you may want to send with your child. Apex summer camps may not provide an adequately supportive environment for children who have a one-to-one aide or paraprofessional at school or are at risk of elopement. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide one-to-one staffing. If your family works with an aide or paraprofessional independently, we encourage you to inquire about sending an aide to accompany your child at camp.

For all of our climbing campers to have a positive experience, it is important that each child follows the facility rules and cooperates with others respectfully. This includes following directions, abiding by safety and hygiene rules, and treating other campers and climbers using the facility kindly. Apex staff will call home on the second behavior warning; after this, further behavior incidents may result in dismissal from camp without refund.
