BASIN FIT

Ages: Minimum 17 years old

Basin Fit is our signature full-body training class designed to build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall athleticism. Each session blends functional strength work with high-energy conditioning, giving you a powerful, effective workout that translates to real-world fitness.

Expect a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, sleds, bodyweight movements, and cardio intervals—all programmed to challenge every major muscle group and keep your progress consistent. Whether you're a climber looking to level up or just want to feel stronger, leaner, and more capable, Basin Fit meets you where you are and pushes you forward.

BASIN STRONG

Ages: Minimum 17 years old

Train with Purpose. Build Real Strength.

Basin Strong is a 60-minute strength training class focused exclusively on building muscle, improving technique, and getting stronger—without the cardio.

Rooted in proven principles of progressive overload and periodized training, each cycle runs in 6–8 week blocks designed to deliver measurable results. You'll train with intent using barbells, dumbbells, machines, and bodyweight movements in structured, expertly coached sessions.

Whether you're chasing your first pull-up or your next PR, Basin Strong gives you the roadmap, coaching, and consistency to get there.

Full Body Fit

Ages: Minimum 17 years old

This full-body training session is 45 minutes, lead by our head trainer Eddie Mesina. Open to all skill levels, our coach will take you through a variety of strength training movements, and implement circuit-style cardio to get your heart rate up, making sure you get a solid full-body training session in each time!

This class is included for all Basin Memberships.

HYROX CLASS

Ages: Minimum 17 years old

Endurance. Power. Grit.

HYROX is our high-intensity conditioning class built to push your limits and elevate your performance. Inspired by the global fitness race, each class combines functional strength stations with fast-paced running intervals to develop the ultimate hybrid athlete.

Expect sled pushes, wall balls, rowing, skiing, burpees, and more—all programmed to challenge your endurance, power output, and mental toughness. Whether you're training for your first HYROX event or just want to feel unstoppable, this class will test and transform you.

Intro to Lead Climbing and Belaying

Ages: Minimum 17 years old

REQUIRED PREREQUISITE:
You must have an active Basin Top Rope Belay certification BEFORE enrolling in this class.
You will be required to lead climb a minimum of 5.8 to earn your certification.

Learn everything you need to know to earn your Basin Lead certification and start lead climbing and belaying! This course includes two instructional sessions that are two hours each and all of the equipment you need. You do not need to sign up with a partner, but the course must have a minimum of three participants signed up.

Cost: $85 per person
Attendance is both days!

Top Rope Belay Class

Ages: Minimum 14 years old

Join us for a 1.5-hour belay class led by a dedicated instructor, designed to help you master essential belay techniques. You'll gain hands-on experience using Basin's approved belay devices, ensuring you feel comfortable with them both. This class will teach you the skills for belaying, but it does NOT guarantee you will pass your belay check-off!

Members will need to come in the gym separately in order to prove mastery of belay techniques before certification is given.

Cost is $15 for the 1.5-hour instruction.
