These longer-format workshops give us the opportunity to deepen our practice!

Fitness workshops are geared towards participants 16+.

Workshop Descriptions

Wild Mind: Yoga, Breath & the Neuroscience of Outdoor Performance
Your nervous system is your most important piece of gear. In this workshop, we combine yoga, breathwork, and neuroscience to help you perform at your best outdoors: not by pushing harder, but by staying calm and intentional.

Learn how your brain processes fear, focus, and flow in the wild, then experience it directly through movement and breath practices you can take straight to the trail, the wall, or the water. For climbers and outdoor athletes ready to perform from a grounded, wildly alive place and stay connected to the awe that brought them outside.

This workshop is free for members + pass holders.
