Vin to Yin is a well-balanced full-body class that incorporates both Vinyasa flow and restorative Yin postures. The first half of class is centered on dynamic flowing movements to strengthen the body and improve balance, and the second half of class slows down into deep Yin stretches held for 3-5 minutes.
This class is geared towards participants 16+.
