It's time to meet your match. Join Christi + Mike in the Yoga Shed to test your strength, agility, and willpower. Students will alternate between cardio, boxing drills, and strength training to learn how to fight like a champ and roll with the punches. Get core, cardio, + coordination in this 60 minute burner! If you are a beginner or it’s your first time taking this class you’re welcome to show up early and get a one-on-one introduction with the instructor. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required to participate.
