THOSE WISHING TO USE THE AUTOBELAYS WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM AND A SUPPLEMENTARY FORM FOR AUTOBELAY USE.

Step 1: Complete this form.
Step 2: If this is your first time follow the invitation link you will receive in your email to access your Capitan account, and give you access your barcode - that you'll use all the time.
Step 3: Present your barcode to Reception for them to find your form quickly. To complete your registration you will need to answer some safety questions and there will be a £3 one-time registration fee. If you do not do this your document will not be processed and will be invalidated.
Step 4: GO CLIMB!
