Acknowledgement of Risk: Roped Climbing AND Bouldering

Please complete the steps below:

Step 1: Watch the bouldering induction video. This is required for all unsupervised climbers

Step 2: When you have finished watching the video click continue to complete the acknowledgement of risk form.

Step 3: Once you have completed your acknowledgement of risk form, please talk with the staff at reception. If you do not do this your document will not be processed and will be invalid.
