Acknowledgement of Risk: BOULDERING ONLY
Please complete the steps below:
Step 1: Watch the bouldering induction video. This is required for all unsupervised climbers
Step 2: When you have finished watching the video click continue to complete the acknowledgement of risk form.
Step 3: Once you have completed your acknowledgement of risk form, please check in at Reception to complete your registration by answering some safety questions and paying a £3 one-time registration fee. If you do not do this your document will not be processed and will be invalid.

A supplementary Auto-Belay form is available for those who do not rope climb but wish to use the auto-belays
