This series of structured coaching sessions runs throughout the summer for 7 to 13 year olds who want to learn the key foundations to succeeding in bouldering. The sessions can be attended individually, or as a set, with a certificate awarded on completion of all four. No prior experience is necessary. Children must be accompanied by a non-participating parent/guardian. Shoe hire is included in the price.
From feet to flow. Now we’ve conquered the fundamentals of footwork we’ll be moving on to explore balance and body positioning to move with ease. Balance and body positioning, form the basis to maximising climb time, whilst minimising energy expenditure.
