About this class:

• Open level (for everyone). Join Hanna for her Vinyasa Flow yoga class, where she will modify her instructions based on your ability level to make sure each participant gets the most they can out of this hour long class. Vinyasa classes are all about "flow," where the goal is to mindfully control your movements from one pose to the next as smoothly as possible. Hanna has created a class that helps you gain flexibility as well as strength. It’s a sweat-inducing workout! Gaining flexibility and strength pays off big when it comes to climbing: Vinyasa yoga will help you better learn to balance and shift your body weight on the walls.

• Walk-Ins: $15

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

• If you need to cancel your reservation, you must call or email us (info@evolutionboulders.com , Subject line: Yoga Cancellation) by 3pm the day of your class to avoid a No-Show fee.
• Failure to notify us within that time frame will result in a $5 no-show fee.
