Our highly experienced yoga instructor (and climber) Zeynep will lead a 1 hour long class. It will be a Vinyasa-style session, but less intense than her usual Tuesday Vinyasa classes (which will definitely challenge you). This yoga session is intended to be accessible for all yoga experience levels.
*If you have one, please bring your own yoga mat! *We have 15 mats at the gym to use if you don’t have your own, but as we expect a good turn out we would appreciate the help if possible.
This yoga class is free and doesn’t require the purchase of a day pass or a membership, but* you must sign a safety waiver in order to participate and check in at the front desk*.
