All Memberships will begin on the day you purchased.
FREEZE/CANCELLATION POLICY
-Once a freeze fee or membership fee has been charged, the gym is unable to issue a refund or give credit. (After a charge has been made, if you choose to freeze or cancel it will be applied to the following month)
- Members must cancel their membership via Capitan 48 hours prior to your bill date. The gym is no longer able to freeze or cancel for members.
- If a member needs help freezing/cancelling their membership please call the gym, during normal business hours, at least 48 hours prior to bill date and speak with a supervisor and they will walk you through the cancellation process
- DO NOT leave a voicemail about cancelling a membership. This is not a valid process to freeze/cancel. This will not be honored. You must call back and speak with a supervisor.
