All Memberships will begin on the day you purchase.
Membership fee: $70.00, monthly recurring payment
FREEZE/CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once a freeze fee or membership fee has been charged, the gym is unable to issue a refund or give credit. (After a charge has been made, if you choose to freeze or cancel it will be applied to the following month)
- Minimum time before cancellation: Cancelation will become available after the first recurring payment. (2 month minimum membership)
- Minimum time before freeze: Freezing membership will become available after the second recurring payment (First month eligible to be frozen is after 3 active months)
- Members must cancel their membership via Capitan 72 hours prior to your bill date. The gym is no longer able to freeze or cancel for members.
- If a member needs help freezing/cancelling their membership please call the gym, during normal business hours, at least 72 hours prior to bill date and speak with a supervisor and they will walk you through the cancellation process for you to perform on your own.
- DO NOT leave a voicemail about cancelling a membership. This is not a valid process to freeze/cancel. This will not be honored. You must call back and speak with a supervisor.
