We recommend this for people who have never lifted before. If you have wanted to learn how to lift weights but are intimidated by the weight section, fear injury or embarrassment, this is a great place to start.
This is a class intended for climbers seeking conditioning to strengthen their body, protect their joints, and learn the 5 basic movements in conditioning essential to climbing and overall health.
Every second Tuesday of the month, this will be taught by Dave Terreri - one of GOAT's competitive youth team coaches with a background in occupational therapy and a passion for conditioning.

Please wear comfortable clothing to class, including sneakers.
Flat bottom sneakers like vans, converse or approach shoes are best, but running shoes are okay too. Shoes are required in our fitness area.
