GRAVITY BEAR Bouldering League introduces climbers to competition climbing in a friendly community-based way!

Important info:
Categories will be: Recreational(V0-V2), Intermediate(V2-V5), Advanced(V5-V8), Open(V8-V12)
League will run for 4-weeks total
*The first 3-weeks will be a qualifying round
*Each of the three qualifying weeks will have 20 boulders set over two setting days. (Tuesday and Thursday)
*The climbers two best weeks out of three will be scored. This means you can miss a week or even start on the second week!
*Scoring can be done from Tuesday at 4pm all the way until the next Tuesday at 4pm!
*Recreational, Intermediate and Advanced will have a finals round run as a Modified Redpoint. Everyone will have access to finals!
*The league will be a solo league for placements but there will be a big team twist.
*There will be a “Green” and a “Pink” team. When you sign up, you will be assigned a team and your scores will go towards the total “house point” score all the way through finals.
*We will be selling shirts that will be Pink and Green, shirt sales will not affect team scores. Shirts will not directly have “League” printed on them so that they can be purchased later, even if you do not participate in the league.

Finals will be a modified redpoint for all categories.
4-point starts, zones, and a good time.

EVERYONE that participates will have access the the Finals Party, which will include a potluck.
