Our 1-hour climbing workshops are designed for independent boulderers looking to dive deeper into specific topics with one of our experienced instructors. Each session focuses on a different aspect of climbing—ranging from managing fear and building confidence, to refining falling technique, movement skills, projecting tactics, and more. Women's Social is a fortnightly meet up - it is a supportive environment to share beta, meet new people, climb hard and fall off.

Join us from 7pm-10pm, for an inclusive space for anyone who identifies as female, a free tea and lots of climbing.

Open to all abilities, the only requirement being that you are an unsupervised boulderer.

What: These sessions will teach you how to prevent, or rehabilitate from, common climber injuries. Sessions can also be specifically tailored to the needs of the individuals attending.

When: Alternate Sunday mornings, 9.30am-10.30am

On alternate Sunday mornings Avril will be running an exercise class to help to teach climbers how to manage their injuries and bodies better.

Posture, hip mobility, and shoulder function can become big problems for climbers, so Avril's classes will aim to address issues like these using techniques she's gathered from her extensive experience as a physiotherapist, in addition with her Pilates and yoga knowledge!

These sessions will help rehabilitate and prevent injury through appropriate stretching, strengthening, and overall body awareness.
