What is it: Family Time is a discounted open climbing session where adult climbers* can bring and supervise their children. Sessions are scheduled every weekday between 4-6pm which is a quieter time in the centre and therefore a good environment to enjoy climbing with your children. Whilst the climbing ends at 6pm you can hang around for a well earned drink and cake afterwards.

*The supervising adult must be a competent climber and registered for unsupervised bouldering/climbing. If you are a beginner/novice, you will need to attend an introduction to bouldering course first. Click here for more info.

When is it: Weekdays 16:00 – 18:00

Who is it for: Individuals 6+

Duration: 2 hours

Price: Member + child – £5 // Non-member + child – £15

Extras: Additional child – £5 // Additional adult – £10

Family Time is available every weekday at 16:00 until 18:00*

* This is a discounted session for families to climb during our quieter period. We politely request all participants to leave the centre by 6pm, as this is when our peak climbing time commences.

THIS IS AN UNSUPERVISED CLIMBING SESSION: All children will need supervision, the supervising adult must be a registered competent boulderer or climber.

Adults can supervise up to 2 children over 8 yrs old, but only 1 climber can be on the wall at a time. Children aged 6 & 7 must be supervised on a 1:1 basis. For more information please see our supervision rules here.
