• Power Hour is a 1 hour time restricted unsupervised climbing session for experienced, independent climbers and their guests.

• All children or novice adults must be supervised by a registered competent climber. Adults can supervise up to two guests aged 8 and above. Children aged 6 & 7 must be supervised on a 1:1 basis.

• All first time visitors must come to reception on their first visit. If you have completed an unsupervised climbing form you will be required to complete a competency test. Once registration is complete, we will add a barcode to your profile so you can self check in next time.

• Members do not need to book - if you have a prepaid or recurring membership you can check in at any time.
