Rehabilitation Workshop

On alternate Sunday mornings Avril will be running an exercise class to help to teach climbers how to manage their injuries and bodies better.

Posture is a big problem for climbers so the class will address this issue using
Pilates based techniques for appropriate stretching, strengthening, and increasing your awareness of your body so you can manage it better.
