MoCo Beginners Bouldering Camp
Dates: July 21st, 23rd, and 25th
Time: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Cost: $250
Ages: 8-18
Join us at MoCo Bouldering and Fitness for a three-day Beginners Bouldering Camp—a fun and engaging introduction to the sport of bouldering! This camp is designed for those new to climbing and will focus on building fundamental skills, including:
Basic climbing techniques
Movement and body awareness
Grip types and hold identification
General climbing fitness
Campers will spend a lot of time climbing, but each day will also include interactive games, movement challenges, and mini-competitions to keep things fun and energetic.
-Lunch Break: 30 minutes daily (lunch not provided – please pack your own)
-Please Note: This camp includes intensive physical activity. Participants should come prepared with proper athletic attire, climbing-appropriate footwear, and a readiness to be active throughout the day.

Take your bouldering to the next level with MoCo’s Intermediate & Advanced Bouldering Camp. Designed for climbers with prior experience, this camp consists of three, five-hour sessions focused on increasing climbing performance both on the wall and in the gym.
Expect intensive sessions covering:
Advanced movement and technique
Dynamic and powerful climbing
Problem-solving and projecting
Mobility, strength, and conditioning specific to climbing
Mental strategies for competition and progression
This camp isn’t just about leveling up—it also serves as a tryout for MoCo’s competitive bouldering team. Our goal is to build the strongest youth bouldering team in Texas, and this camp reflects that ambition with a fast-paced, challenging environment designed to test limits and foster growth.
