MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

You can freeze or terminate your membership, but this must occur prior to your next bill date. You have two options to make these changes to your membership:

1. You manage your membership yourself via our Capitan Climber Site at https://climber.hellocapitan.com/nobl/login/?next=/nobl/profile/.

2. Ask the Front Desk for help! We recommend all requests be made at least 4 days prior to bill date if not managing these changes yourself via the Climber Site.

Please remember, membership dues are not eligible for refund!

MEMBERSHIP PRICING

For those who need, NOBL offers reduced rates. If this tier does not accommodate your financial needs, please ask the desk about our other rates.

For those who can, NOBL offers sustainer rates in $5, $10 and $15 increments as Add-Ons to your membership. These can be added or removed at any time by contacting the front desk.

A special membership offering, just for students in Climbing Clubs!

Set up monthly, recurring payments with a credit/debit card or bank account, with an initial 2 month commitment to membership. You cannot cancel membership until after your initial payment and 2nd payment have passed.

Please note the specifics of this membership, as they differ from our regular, recurring memberships at NOBL.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SET UP
To qualify for this membership, you must be an active member of a Climbing Club and request to join the Capitan Association affiliated with your specific club before purchasing the Climbing Club Membership. Failure to do this will result in being billed $75 in regular recurring membership dues until Association request is approved. No refund will be given to undo this mistake.
Documentation REQUIRED to qualify: Those interested must ensure they have paid their dues with Tulane FIRST. Once done, club lead will add you to a roster making you eligible to sign up for the Climbing Club Membership Association. Interested parties’ requests will not be approved to join the Association without proper documentation.
All Association members are automatically removed After May 31st of each year. Failure to cancel membership by that date will be billed the Standard Membership rate of $80/month. Refunds will not be considered for those who forget to make membership changes prior to the association expiration.

Climbing Club Membership is only offered during the academic school year, from September 1-May 31.

DESIGNATED ENTRY HOURS:

• Saturday & Sunday, 12:00pm-7:00pm
• Monday-Thursday, 7:00pm-9:00pm
• Tuesdays-Thursday, Open-4:00pm
• Fridays, 12:00pm-8:00pm

Checking in outside of designated entry hours does not guarantee denial of entry, but will be based on facility capacity. No groups allowed outside of designated entry hours

• Group Policies
  • Please climb in 2-3 small groups
  • No more than 10 Climbing Club Members total in the facility at one time on weekends
  • No more than 15 Climbing Club Members total in the facility at one time on weekdays
• If more than the allotted Climbing Club Members show at one time, they will not be permitted to climb and will be asked to return at a different time.
