INACTIVE-ClimbFit Class: Off Wall Training

Off Wall Training Class is geared towards climbers at or approaching the V5 level looking to refine their climbing specific strength and technique. Training occurs entirely in the back work out room and will consist of campus boarding, pistol squats, weighted pull ups, inverted rows, shoulder presses, and more.

Book ahead of time to secure your spot and ensure proper staffing.

*This is an Intermediate to Advanced level class and not suitable for beginners. *
Climbing near the V5 level and the ability to campus board will be necessary for programming. If you are unsure whether or not this class is for you, ask a Coach during Intermediate Bouldering Class!

Classes are for ages 15 and up.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:15am - 8:15am
Participants are encouraged to arrive when the gym opens at 7:00am to properly warm up.
If no sign ups occur by 1 hour prior to the start of class ,it will be cancelled

LATE ARRIVAL/CANCELATION POLICY

If you made a reservation and are running behind, let the Front Desk know to hold your space! If not it will be given away promptly at the start of class to someone waiting, when applicable.

Cancellation will only result in refund if completed 8 hours prior to class start.
