Vinyasa Yoga Class invites participants into a moderate intensity flow. Prepare to work on your strength, stability, balance, and flexibility while focusing on connection with your breath. Everyone is welcome in this practice accessible to all bodies.
Please arrive early to check in at the Front Desk and bring your own mat! Class occurs in our studio space next door.
Classes are for ages 15 and up.

LATE ARRIVAL/CANCELATION POLICY
If you made a reservation and are running behind, let the Front Desk know to hold your space! If not it will be given away promptly at the start of class to someone waiting, when applicable.
Cancellation will only result in refund if completed 8 hours prior to class start.
