Sensory Friendly Climb
Our Sensory Friendly Climb time is designed to provide an inclusive and accessible climbing environment for individuals of varying ages with sensory sensitivities. Our focus for this event is to create a space that feels calm, comfortable, and welcoming where you can try something new, move your body, challenge your brain, and have fun!
This event is intentionally structured to reduce sensory overload. The lights will be dimmed, the music will be off, and the space will be closed to the public. Whether you are brand new to climbing or already love it, you're invited to explore at your own pace in a thoughtfully supported, sensory friendly environment.

- Friday April 3rd, 2026 9:00am-11:00am
- Capacity: Maximum of 10 participants
Requirements:
- All participants AND chaperones must have an Acknowledgment of Risk form (AOR) on file. AOR must be completed by legal parent or guardian of anyone under the age of 18. Save time at check in by completing your form ahead of time using the link above!
- Climbers must be at least 5 years old to participate
- Climbers under the age of 15 must have a chaperone
- Chaperones must be at least 18 years old
- Climbing shoes are required for participants and will be provided

- A quiet, low-sensory gym environment
- Limited attendance (event closed to the public)
- Non-competitive atmosphere for self-paced climbing and exploration
- Compassionate and supportive staff presence
Pricing
Standard Event Booking Rate = $20 per booking.
Late Arrival/Cancellation policy
If you made a reservation and are running behind, let the Front Desk know to hold your space! If not it will be given away promptly at the start of class to someone waiting, when applicable.
Cancellation will only result in refund if completed 8 hours prior to event start.
Booking Process
You can only book for multiple participants if you know their Full Name, Birthday, and email address.
To manage your booking, follow instructions provided in your booking confirmation email.
