Group Bookings and Parties Reservation

Our Group Bookings and Parties Reservation option is best for birthday parties, team building events, field trips, etc. We have 2 options to best fit your needs based on participant ages. Your 1.5 hour guided climbing experience will be led by NOBL Staff and tailored to best fit the needs of your group. Your coaches will assist your group with check in, gearing up, and preparing participants to climb safely while in the gym. During climb time, your coaches will facilitate group climbing and activities appropriate for the needs of your group.
Please note that Group Bookings occur during regular business hours. We are a small facility. In order to maintain a fun and safe experience for all climbers in the space, we ask that attendees adhere to our expectations described below. Additionally, we welcome light snacks and nonalcoholic beverages and can support up to 2 coolers. Failure to follow our guidelines may result in being turned away and losing your deposit.

Our base price of $375 (plus tax) covers up to 10 participants, rental shoes for all participants, staffing 2 coaches to facilitate programming, material costs for activities, and rental of our U Bench space in the main gym for group use for the duration of your booking. The U Bench can be rented for an additional 30 minutes post programming at no additional cost for cake/snacks, presents, or debriefing. There is a $25 charge per additional climber for groups larger than 10.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book! Final payment will be emailed via Square invoice to be paid by the business day prior to group visit. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your event and forfeiture of your deposit.

AVAILABILITY:

BOOKING PROCESS:

The event should be booked by the group leader, which is the person responsible for payment, booking all participants onto the event, coordinating with the NOBL Department Lead about group needs/requests, and who will be on-site at the time of the event.

To Book Your Event:
Fill out an Acknowledgment of Risk form. Select the date below and pay your $150 non-refundable deposit. By doing so, you will be the primary contact for your booking. Please provide the best email and phone number by which to contact you.
Please note - you will not be able to book time slots less than 2 weeks away from today's date.

After Booking:
An email will be sent to the Department Lead to notify them of your booking. You will receive an email response within 4 business days with your next steps to complete the booking.
