Private Rentals of the gym are for folks who's participant count is above our Group Booking allowances, or for folks who want the gym all to themselves!

Your group's 2 hour guided climbing experience will be led by NOBL Staff, and tailored to best fit the needs of your group! Your coach will assist your group with check in, gearing up, and preparing participants to climb safely while in the gym. During climb time, your coach will be around to monitor free climbing, and facilitate group climbing activities appropriate for the needs of your group.

REQUIREMENTS

• Participants must be ages 8 and up
• No more than 25 participants between the ages of 8-15
• Maximum of 50 participants & spectators (climbers & non-climbers)
• Everyone must have a completed Acknowledgment of Risk Form (AOR) to be at NOBL (climbers + non-climbers). AORs must be completed by the legal parent/guardian of anyone under the age of 18

PRICING

Our base price of $850 (plus tax) rents the whole gym for 2 hours.

A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to book! Final payment will be emailed via Square invoice to be paid by the business day prior to group visit. Failure to pay on time will result in the cancellation of your event and forfeiture of your deposit.

Fridays: 8:00pm-10:00pm
Sundays: 7:00pm-9:00pm

BOOKING PROCESS:

The event should be booked by the group leader, which is the person responsible for payment, booking all participants onto the event, coordinating with the NOBL Department Lead about group needs/requests, and who will be on-site at the time of the event.

To Book Your Event:
Fill out an Acknowledgment of Risk form. Select the date below and pay your $350 non-refundable deposit. By doing so, you will be the primary contact for your booking. Please provide the best email and phone number by which to contact you.
Please note - you will not be able to book time slots less than 2 weeks away from today's date.

After Booking:
An email will be sent to the Department Lead to notify them of your booking. You will receive an email response within 4 business days with your next steps to complete the booking.
