Membership Policies
- Our30 Day Prepaid Membership is a membership for one (1) person.
- Membership begins at the date of purchase and lasts for thirty (30) consecutive days.
- Membership freezes are not permitted for prepaid memberships shorter than 6 months in length.
- Discounts granted through associations cannot be applied to prepaid memberships shorter than 6 months in length.

Membership Policies
- Our Year Prepaid Household Membership is a membership for two or more people living in the same household (with a limit of two adults).
- Membership begins at the date of purchase and lasts for thirteen (13) continuous months.
- You may freeze your prepaid membership at any time through the following methods:
- Speaking to a Peak Experiences Staff member at the front desk of either location (by phone or in person) and requesting that your membership be frozen (quickest and easiest way).
- Sending a written request to info@peakexperiences.com. You will need to include the full names and birthdays of each member within the membership that you are intending to freeze, the date you would like the membership freeze to begin, and the desired length of the freeze.
- Prepaid membership freezes have a minimum length of one (1) month and do not incur any fees.
Our household memberships are already offered at a discounted rate, thus discounts granted through associations cannot be applied.
Year Prepaid - Individual

Membership Policies
- We charge no extra processing, initiation, or cancellation fees! What you see is what you pay!
- Our Monthly EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Individual Membership is an automatically recurring membership for one (1) person.
- Membership begins at the date of purchase and will continue until it is canceled by the membership owner. It is the responsibility of the membership owner to cancel a monthly EFT membership.
- The provided method of payment will be charged on the same day (or closest possible day) of each month.
- In the event of failed payment, the membership owner will have thirty (30) days to correct the failed payment, before the membership is automatically terminated. Thirty (30) days after automatic termination due to failed payment, all members in the membership will be removed from any loyalty tier associations.
- You may terminate your membership at any time through the My Memberships & Passes section in the Climber App (you will need to be logged into the Climber App). Unless otherwise specified, termination of an EFT membership will take effect on the next billing date of that membership.
- You may freeze your EFT membership at any time through the My Memberships & Passes section in the Climber App (you will need to be logged into the Climber App).
- EFT membership freezes have a minimum length of one (1) month and a maximum length of four (4) months and will incur a $10 freeze fee per frozen member, per month.

- Membership begins at the date of purchase and lasts for fourteen (14) consecutive days.
- Membership freezes are not permitted for prepaid memberships shorter than 6 months in length.

Rental Gear Included Membership Add-On
- Rental gear (climbing shoes, harnesses, chalk, and belay devices) is not normally included with membership at Peak Experiences (some exceptions do exist for special programs).
- Our current rental gear rates are as follows:
- Climbing Shoes - $4
- Harness - $4
- Chalk Bag - $4
- Rental Package (Shoes, Harness, Chalk Bag) - $8
- Belay Device (ATC) - $2
- Belay Device (GriGri) - $2
- By selecting the Rental Gear Included membership add-on, you can pay a fixed price of $15 to have rental gear included for each visit within the duration of your Two Week Membership!
- Please note that the Rental Gear Included membership add-on only provides rental gear to the person with the Two Week Membership - members may not use the Rental Gear Included membership add-on to receive free rental gear for others.

Punch Pass Details
- Once purchased, punch passes are automatically attached to your Capitan account (first name, last name, birthday).
- A punch pass can be used by the punch pass holder or shared with anyone (with the verbal or written permission of the pass holder).
- Our punch passes DO NOT expire and can be used for entry at all Peak Experiences locations.
