Membership Terms and Conditions

Peak Experiences EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) memberships are automatically recurring monthly memberships that begin on the date of purchase and will continue until terminated by the owner of the membership. Below are the terms and conditions of this membership agreement. Please read carefully. By checking this checkbox, the owner (purchaser) of the membership is agreeing to the terms and conditions of this membership, as described below:

Automatic Renewal

This EFT membership will automatically renew on a month to month basis at a rate equal to the current rate of the membership. Peak Experiences reserves the right to change membership rates. It is the responsibility of the membership owner to terminate an EFT membership through the My Memberships & Passes section in the Climber App (you will need to be logged into the Climber App) or through 30 day advanced written request for termination sent to info@peakexperiences.com.

Membership Details

• The Adult Bouldering League membership is event-based and serves as a program roster, so it alone does not provide entry into any Peak Experiences facility. Anyone joining the Adult Bouldering League roster must have an active prepaid or EFT membership in order to participate in the program.
• Adult Bouldering League practice occurs on Fridays from 6-8pm at Peak Experiences' Richmond location. Practices are subject to cancellation due to factors that include, but are not limited to, inclement weather, facility closures, holidays, and coaches illness.
• Members may freeze their Adult Bouldering League membership for a maximum of six (6) months at a time. If a member fails to unfreeze their Adult Bouldering League membership after the maximum freeze period elapses, their Adult Bouldering League membership will be terminated and the member will be subject to any existing waitlist to rejoin the program.
• Members are responsible for canceling their Adult Bouldering League membership. Cancellation of an Adult Bouldering League membership is separate from the cancellation of a member's existing, entry-granting prepaid or EFT membership, and vice versa.

Member's Right to Cancel

Pursuant to the Virginia Health Spa Act, if the membership owner wishes to cancel this membership, they may do so by written notice via email to info@peakexperiences.com. This notice must say that the membership owner does not wish to be bound by this agreement and must be received before midnight of the third business day after the membership owner accepts these terms and conditions by selecting the checkbox below and completing the purchase.

Death or Medical Disability

The membership owner may cancel their membership if they become physically unable to use the climbing gym’s services for 30 or more days, and the membership owner's estate may cancel in the event of their death. The membership owner must prove that they are unable to use the climbing center’s services by presenting a doctor's or nurse practitioner’s certificate.

Refund Policy

This agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable, for any reason including but not limited to, non-usage by member or temporary cancellation of climbing center activities or services. Any refund of membership dues will be at the sole discretion of Peak Experiences, Inc.

I understand that by checking the box below and completing the purchase associated with this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and accept the terms and conditioned outlined in this agreement and that any future involvement I may have regarding the billing of this agreement will be directly with Peak Experiences, Inc via the Climber App or direct email correspondence with info@peakexperiences.com. Peak Experiences reserves the right to change the amount of dues payable hereunder at any time.

I hereby authorize Peak Experiences to initiate DEBIT entries to my checking account/credit card applied to this purchase at the depository named in this booking, hereinafter called Depository, to debit the same to such account.
