Fitness - Vin-Yin Yoga with Emma

Event Details

Vin-yin combines 20 minutes of faster paced movement to warm up the body with 40 minutes of deep stretches with long holds, deep breathing, and a relaxing pace. You can expect the beginning of the class to be challenging and focused on core stability and alignment in common standing poses and the second part of the class to have an emphasis on hip and back mobility. This class offers lots of modifications and is suitable for all levels.
