Fitness - Sunrise Yoga with Rachel

Event Details

Wake up and start your day with an energizing flow where we will link our breath with movement and create space within the mind and body. This class is open to all levels and will include a bit of breathing exercises, movement to warm the body, and a few balancing postures. You are encouraged to show up as you are and explore the different poses as a means to develop strength, flexibility, and a greater understanding of yourself.
