Stretch & Strengthen: Class will begin with a yoga style warm up to loosen muscles and get your ready to move your body. Our workout will use a variety of body weight movements and odd objects to build strength and stamina. We'll wrap up the class with a yoga style cool down to recover breath, lower heart rate, and relax the muscles we've just worked.
