Fitness - Yoga for Climbers with Liv & Will

Yoga for climbers is a weekly class specifically designed to improve your flexibility, focus, breath awareness, and strength on the wall. You will be guided through a series of poses with the intention of helping you build stability and reduce the risk of injury in your climbing endeavors.

This class will be held every Saturday at 11:30 AM taught by alternating instructors, Liv and Will who are both passionate about connecting the practices of asana and climbing.
