Fitness - Core Flow with Liv (45 min)

Core Flow is designed to strengthen and engage core muscles while combining traditional yoga movements in a dynamic flow. After this 45 minute class you can expect to feel more centered with a stronger core and relaxed from deep mindful stretches. This class is open to all levels - modifications will be provided.
