Fitness - Vinyasa Roots with Catalina

This class will include matched breath with movement and breathing exercises (pranayama) to slow down the noise within and listen to our bodies . Becoming aware of our external and internal space , joining the two in harmonious alignment through asanas and stillness.

In all my teachings I intend to make them as accessible as possible , allowing the basics and roots of yoga to flow naturally .
