Planet Rock offers birthday party bookings at both locations on select Saturdays throughout the year. Bookings are first come, first serve – so please plan ahead!

Event Cost
Event Deposit: $210 and due at the time of request
Deposit pays for first 6 participants
Each additional participant: $35
Event Duration: 2 hrs
1 hr 15 min staff-guided rock climbing
45 min in the party room (gift exchange, BYO food + drink)
Event Restrictions
Minimum Age: 4 years old | Maximum Age: 16 years old
Minimum Group Size: 4 participants | Maximum Group Size: 12 participants*
*Non-climbers (parents, grandparents, etc) are not counted towards the maximum participant number.
Booking Information
Reservations are first come, first serve.
Reservations must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.
Participant waivers must be completed prior to the group’s arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to two weeks prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within two weeks of the party date are nonrefundable.
