Ashtanga Yoga (suitable for intermediate/experienced practitioners)
A dynamic class working with our breath to flow through the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence, building strength and flexibility in the body while quieting the mind.
Yoga mats and blocks are available to borrow from the Studio if you need them.
Monthly members need to choose voucher as payment option.
Our Yoga classes are currently for ages 16+ only.
Please note: Classes must be booked in advance; booking closes 60 mins before the start of class.
First time? You'll need to complete our Yoga/Studio Classes registration before taking part in any of our yoga classes.
Mondays - 6-7pm & 8:45-9:45pm
Tuesdays - 6:30-7:30pm & 8-9pm
Wednesdays - 7.30-8.30pm
Fridays 7:30-8:30pm
Sundays 4:30-5:30pm
