The Projects Experience will give your child a chance to have a go at a range of activities we have to offer at our centre; Parkour, Climbing and Aerial.
Parkour- Under the guidance of experienced coaches, participants learn essential parkour techniques like jumping, vaulting, and balancing in a fun, safe environment. Safety and skill development are our top priorities, ensuring participants learn to move with control and awareness.
Climbing- Whether it’s for the first time ever or they’re a regular climber, everyone’s welcome at these sessions. An instructor will be on hand making sure that everyone is getting as much climbing done as possible in a safe and fun environment.
Aerial-This class will focus on learning skills and having fun on different aerial equipment.
This is an exciting, active and creative class that explores the joy of aerial circus. We are offering an inclusive and safe space to move in all planes and have a great time. We’ll teach in a progressive way, at the pace of the child.

Our Casual Sessions are aimed at all kids aged 7+ who want to climb. Whether it’s for the first time ever or they’re a regular climber, everyone’s welcome at these sessions. An instructor will be on hand making sure that everyone is getting as much climbing done as possible in a safe and fun environment.
Sessions are currently available to book 28 days ahead of time - for example, sessions on a Thursday will be available to book from Thursday 4 weeks before the session.
This is the session for anyone who is 14 or over, with no experience of bouldering who wants to come and climb unsupervised or who wants to have a taste of bouldering.
The course is an hour-long session with one of our instructors, and focuses on demonstrating what a safe bouldering session may look like. This course is obligatory if you would like to use The Project Climbing Centre but have never climbed before and don't know any registered climbers who can sign you in.
After doing this session:
Climbing shoe hire is included in the price of your session, but we recommend you wear a pair of trainers for the tour and warm up.
Under-18s do not need to be accompanied for this session however, a parent or legal guardian must complete an Under-18 Bouldering form before the start of the session.

Slow Flow (suitable for any experience level)
This class is aimed at those new to yoga or who would like a more gentle practice. We will flow through poses to release tension while building flexibility and relaxation.
Yoga mats and blocks are available to borrow from the Studio if you need them.

Our CLIMBZ sessions are aimed at all kids aged 7-14 who want to climb with Special eductional Needs. Whether it’s for the first time ever or they’re a regular climber, everyone’s welcome at these sessions. An instructor will be on hand making sure that everyone is getting as much climbing done as possible in a safe and fun environment. The session will be 1hr long and give your child a chance to boulder. Bouldering is a form of rock climbing performed on artificial, low-height walls (typically 3 to 4.5 meters or 10–15 feet) without the use of ropes or harnesses.
This session is supported by Access Sport.
This is the second part of our two-part Induction and Sign-Off course for ages 14-15. This is an informal assessment where participants are asked to demonstrate that they know how to keep themselves and others safe while using the walls.
A parent or legal guardian must attend this session to complete a tour of the centre and fill out an Unsupervised Bouldering consent form for their child.
Join Johnny on a Wednesday where he’ll guide you through an invigorating and mindful Vinyasa Flow. Some yoga experience desired, but for a variety of levels, you’ll focus on breath to guide you through a selection of Ashtanga postures. With conscious movement, you’ll develop strength and flexibility, and with a calming meditative finish, you’ll feel refreshed and relaxed.

Each Thursday at 6:30PM join Personal Trainer Mitch for some Strength and Conditioning classes in the training gym to help progress your climbing to the next level.
