During the beginner coaching session you will cover the fundamentals of indoor bouldering and equip yourself with techniques to get started

Our beginner coaching sessions work in three week cycles with the focus of the session changing each week. You can book individual sessions or book all three weeks which cover footwork in week 1, route reading in week 2 and overhangs in the final session.

These sessions run 18:00-19:00 every Tuesday and Thursday at Rock Over Climbing Central.

A chilled social climb open to all abilities and identities, newbies are especially cherished. The night consists of an hour and a half of social climbing followed by half an hour for drinks and cakes and a good catch up! Entry price gets you unlimited climbing and shoe hire plus your drink and cake. Looking forward to seeing you there!
