Looking for a new family hobby? Why not try climbing? We are offering instructor-led introductions into climbing for family groups of up to 6. Sessions cost £7.50 and include any equipment required!
*Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult

Tried climbing and don't know how to improve?

You can buy a beginner coaching session here for £15 per session.

During the beginner coaching session you will cover the fundamentals of indoor bouldering and equip yourself with techniques to get started

Our beginner coaching sessions work in three week cycles with the focus of the session changing each week. You can book individual sessions or book all three weeks which cover footwork in week 1, route reading in week 2 and overhangs in the final session.

These sessions run 18:00-19:00 every Tuesday and Thursday at Rock Over Climbing Central.
