The Youth Club is aimed at young people who have an interest in climbing and are looking for a great way to have fun, get fit, meet new friends and develop their climbing ability.

Tried climbing and don't know how to improve?

You can buy a beginner coaching session here for £15 per session.

During the beginner coaching session you will cover the fundamentals of indoor bouldering and equip yourself with techniques to get started

Our beginner coaching sessions work in three week cycles with the focus of the session changing each week. You can book individual sessions or book all three weeks which cover footwork in week 1, route reading in week 2 and overhangs in the final session.

These sessions run 18:00-19:00 every Tuesday and Thursday at Rock Over Climbing Central.
