Birthday Party Deposit - Bouldering Only Gyms

Pricing

  • $300 party package, covers climbing for up to 8 guests!
  • Additional climbers can be added on for $35/person

Party Size:

  • Please make your best guess about your group size when selecting the participant number below. A final count of guests is required 2 weeks before your event for staffing purposes.
  • Upon booking you will only be charged for the first 8 climbers. Additional climbers will be charged on the day of the event.
  • If you plan on having more than 29 participants, please contact our Program Manager before booking.
  • Our parties are best for climbers ages 6+.

Rock Spot parties include:

  • 1.5 hours of staffed climbing and climbing games with our experienced and enthusiastic instructors!
  • Low climber to staff ratios to allow us to give each climber the attention they deserve.
  • All necessary climbing equipment (harnesses and climbing shoes, if needed). We encourage birthday climbers to wear gym shoes in the event we cannot provide enough climbing shoes.
  • A Rock Spot t-shirt for the guest of honor!

Group Visit

Come to Rock Spot and climb with us! This is a fully staffed hour and a half event for 8+ climbers filled with engaging rock climbing activities and games. Our group events are best for climbers ages 6+.

Rock Spot groups include:

  • 1.5 hours of staffed climbing and climbing games with our experienced and enthusiastic instructors!
  • Low climber to staff ratios to allow us to give each climber the attention they deserve.
  • All necessary climbing equipment.

Group Size: Our groups are designed for 8 or more climbers. Please make your best guess about your group size when selecting the participant number below. A final count of guests is required 2 weeks before your event for staffing purposes.

Overnight Event
Scout Merit Badge

Ages: Minimum 13 years old

This is an advanced program for scouts looking to complete the requirements for the Scouts BSA Climbing Merit Badge. Rock Spot requires all participants to be turning 13 by the end of the calendar year to participate in the program. This program includes all gear and instruction and takes a minimum of four hours to complete.

Pricing Information:
A deposit is due at the time of booking. Portions of the deposit may be nonrefundable.

  • $100 for groups under 50 participants. Your deposit will be used to hold your date and time. This deposit may be applied to your group payment on the day of the event
  • Merit Badge - $70/participant (4hr program)
  • The final payment for your event will be collected the day of your event.

Add a Scout Fun Climb
Scouts who are not interested in or too young to complete the Merit Badge program can participate in our "Scout Fun Climb" alongside the Merit Badge program. We will provide staff to belay your Fun Climb climbers for 1.5 hours. If you are interested in splitting your group between a Merit Badge and Fun Climb please contact our Program Manager.

Add an Overnight
You can turn your visit to the gym into an overnight! Add an overnight to your event for an additional fee of $325/group.

Group Size:
Our Merit Badge program can accommodate 3-12 participants. If you plan on having more than 25 participants across both the Merit Badge and Fun Climb, please contact our Program Manager further in advance to make sure we can accommodate your group. Final numbers for the event are due 2 weeks in advance.
