Rock Spot in partnership with Up ENDing Parkinson's is offering weekly climbing sessions to individuals in the Parkinson's community.

Up ENDing Parkinson's is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people with Parkinson's disease improve their quality of life through adaptive rock climbing and movement-based classes. Since 2012, Up ENDing Parkinson's has developed a program that is not only fun and empowering, but also targets many of the syptoms of Parkinson's - like balance, coordination, muscle stiffness, and anxiety.

This program is supported by a grantfrom the American ParkinsonDisease Association Rhode Island Chapter!
This partnership allows us to offer discounted day passes to individuals interested in joining the Up ENDing Meet-Up. Rock Spot Members or Punch Pass users are welcome to join at no additional charge.
