Join us every Wednesday from 6PM to 7PM for a 60 minute all levels Vinyasa yoga class! This class offers dynamic movements to stretch and strengthen the body, mind, and soul. Modifications will be given through the class to build a strong foundation for beginners while offering challenges to more advanced yogis. Come to class ready to flow and connect with not just others, but also connect with yourself. Some loaner mats are available if you forget to bring yours.

Entry to this class is included with Memberships and Day Pass purchases.
