After School Spring 2026

Ages: Minimum 4 years old, Maximum 10 years old

Come in, play, and climb without a strict agenda. It’s all about supervised fun, guided by a coach to guarantee a great session!

Ages: 5-9

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

Season: Jan 12 – May 20 (17 weeks/34 sessions total, excluding Spring Break: weeks of Mar 9 & 15, when kids can sign up for our camps!).

Season Cost: $325 ($315 for current members). Additional children are priced at $315 ($305 for current members). Member discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Youth Camps 2026

Ages: Minimum 5 years old, Maximum 14 years old

Hey Parents!
Looking for an invigorating, playful and educational activity for your kids to do over the school breaks? Have them experience the thrill of rock climbing by signing up for our Youth Camps! Rock climbing is a great way to build confidence, improve coordination and fitness, develop problem solving skills, and is plain old fun!

Kids will participate in climbing games, crash-pad stacking contests, obstacle courses, rope swing and more with the opportunity to learn the importance of safety and climbing etiquette! All necessary rental gear will be provided. There will be a lunch break in the afternoon for the all-day campers and a snack break for half-day campers.

*Please make sure your climber brings their own lunch! *

Youth Rec Team

Ages: Minimum 9 years old, Maximum 17 years old

Rec Team provides structured lesson plans and deeper dives into climbing technique without the requirement of competition. It provides access to progression for those who wish to improve their climbing skills or strive to one day be on the JV or Varsity Teams. Tryouts are not required for those who already know they want to be on Rec Team, however, it will also be the team placement for athletes who try out for JV and are assessed by coaches as requiring a little more training and climbing experience. Rec Team athletes are encouraged, but never required to participate in climbing competitions.

Ages: 9-17

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Season:
Jan 19 – May 22, 2026 (16 weeks/48 practices total, excluding Spring Break weeks of March 9th & 15th as we will be having youth camps for school breaks. Sign your children up!)

Season Cost: $575. This program now includes 48 practices (up from 34 practices in the Fall 2025 season). Additional children are priced at a 10% discount.

Proration available for those who want to join Rec Team later in the season. Payment plans also available on a case-by-case basis.

Youth Tykes Team

Ages: Minimum 5 years old, Maximum 9 years old

Ideal for kids years who are more focused on improving their climbing abilities, appreciate a more structured session and want to learn the fundamental techniques and knowledge to become strong, confident climbers - perfect for little ones who hope to be on the JV or Varsity Teams one day! Athletes will learn different types of climbing (bouldering, top rope climbing), climbing technique, hold types, and more. Athletes are encouraged, but never required to participate in climbing competitions. Tryouts not required for Tkyes Team.

Ages: 5-9

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

Acro Yoga Monthly

Come fly with us the third Saturday of every month! This 90-minute class is great for all levels. Your instructor will review, explore and expand your Acro knowledge and build a community of trust and support. No experience necessary, just bring comfy clothes and an open heart. Mats and blocks provided.

Entry to this class is included with Memberships and Day Pass purchases. Member discounts will automatically be applied at checkout. Punch pass holders must sign up at the Front Desk.

Normally, every third Saturday from 10:00am - 11:30am.

Acro Yoga Workshop

Acro Yoga Workshop

4-Week Workshop w/progressive instruction

AcroYoga blends the mindfulness and mobility of yoga with the dynamic movement and coordination of partner acrobatics. Working in teams of two or more, you’ll develop balance, total-body tension, spatial awareness, and communication — all in a safe, supportive environment. Feel free to climb on days of your class at no extra charge for a day pass!*

Classes will focus on spotting fundamentals, basic L-basing, partner and solo mobility work, supported inversions, and foundational progressions. Expect to move, laugh, problem-solve, and leave feeling worked in all the right ways.

As a climber, you’ll build:

  • Core strength & body tension for overhangs and roof climbing
  • Shoulder stability & control to support powerful pulling
  • Hip mobility & flexibility for high steps and drop knees
  • Balance & proprioception for better footwork and body positioning
  • Trust & communication skills that carry over to belaying and projecting partnerships

This workshop is perfect if you’re brand new to acro — no experience required. We’ll cover etiquette, safety, body awareness, and foundational poses before building progressively into more dynamic skills over the 4-week series.

Whether you’re looking to improve your climbing performance, prevent injury, or just connect with your climbing community in a new way, this series will lay the groundwork for a strong, sustainable acro practice.

Even though this is a progression class, new participants are welcome at any point during the 4-week session.

Ages: Minimum 16 years old

Join our Core Power class, a 30 minute session to ignite your core. Whether you're aiming to improve core stability, enhance posture, or have a defined midsection, this fast-paced class is suitable for all fitness levels. Every Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:00pm. Details:

  • Please specify if you will need climbing shoes and/or a crashpad. These are included in the price. You may pick up your pad and shoes at the gym the day before the tour.
  • Climbers will have the opportunity to boulder in the Hueco Tanks Backcountry.
  • No Refunds! The guide is reserving the date and the number of spots on the tour are limited. Please confirm that you are signing up for the correct date!
  • If you are late signing up, email to ask about joining (not guaranteed)
  • Tours meet 15 minutes before the start time outside HTSP. We will email with meeting details the day before the tour.

Details:

  • Prices are $75 per climber, or $15 for a non-climber/spectator
  • Climbers will be emailed the meet up location and time the day before the trip.
  • All gear will be provided, but you must indicate what gear you need.
  • Climbers will have the opportunity to climb 2-4 routes on top rope.
    *We aim to provide four hours of *climbing time. Because some walls involve more time for approach or set-up, the total time out might be four to six hours. If you would like to do a tour, but don’t know whether your schedule allows it, you can email to ask about that date.
  • Please sign up before Thursday for a Saturday tour. Email to inquire for late sign-ups (not guaranteed)
  • We need a minimum of 3 climbers for the public rope climbing tours. If you sign up, and we do not reach the minimum, you will receive Sessions credit (for a future tour or any other purchase)
