Jiu Jitsu

If you're ready to shake up your workout routine, then come check out our jiu jitsu inspired fitness classes! A 60 minute full body & cardio workout is the goal, plus we'll be learning basic jiu jitsu movements, take downs, grappling techniques, and more!

No experience necessary, show up in your workout clothes ready to get sweaty! We'll meet upstairs in the yoga room, every Tuesday and Sunday.

Tuesdays = 7pm
Sundays = 5pm

We are currently limiting classes to a max of 10 per session, so make sure to book as early as you can!

Included with any membership, and day pass purchase.
