Bunda Workshop

Bunda Fitness is hosting a workshop in our Yoga Studio that will build your lower body strength like never before! Get ready for an insanely fun leg day and come see what Bunda is all about.

In these 50 minute classes we'll be using bands and light weights to build up our strength and muscle definition. Bunda will also be hanging out in the cafe to answer any questions before and after!
