Join our Core Power class, a 30 minute session to ignite your core. Whether you're aiming to improve core stability, enhance posture, or have a defined midsection, this fast-paced class is suitable for all fitness levels. Every Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:00pm. Join us for Stretch & Strengthen just before Core Power from 5:30-6:300pm!
Entry to this class is included with Memberships and Day Pass purchases. Sign up here or by visiting or calling our Front Desk at (915) 308-7210. Discounts will be applied at checkout for those with prepaid or monthly recurring memberships. Those with a day pass or punch passes will have to sign up at the Front Desk in order to not get charged again.
