Acro Yoga

Hey Climbers!

Looking for a fun way to shake up your work out routine? Come check out our Acro Yoga classes! This dynamic style of yoga incorporates elements of acrobatics, circus arts, and dance. Acro Yoga is a collaborative practice that emphasizes trust, communication, and shared movement between partners.

Our Acro Yoga program will run as a 4 week series, where we spend each session progressing and leveling up the skills acquired in previous weeks!
