El Potrero Chico
Multi-Pitch Sport Climbing
March 8-16,2025

On this trip you will experience multi-pitch sport climbing on the world famous walls of El Potrero Chico. Octavio Aragon and David Olivas will be your guides for three days of multi-pitch climbing, plus a day of single-pitch sport and/or top-rope climbing. Between climbing days, we will also do a via ferrata, canyoneering, and visit hot springs. All transportation, indoor lodging, and meals are included. Climbers who can consistently climb 5.10 on top rope will have a great time on this trip. Previous multi-pitch experience is welcome, but not necessary.

Saturday, March 8: Drive to El Potrero Chico
March 9: Multi-Pitch Climbing at Cañon de las Estrellas/ Mota Wall
March 10: Canyoneering at Cañon del Chiflón
March 11: Multi-Pitch Climbing at Cañon de las Virgenes/ La Selva
March 12: Hot Springs: Termas de San Joaquin
March 13: Multi-Pitch Climbing at Las Agujas/ Cañon de los Lobos
Marchl 14: Via Ferrata: La Ferrata Terresi
March 15: Sport climbing at Weekend Wall/ Buzz Rock
March 16: Drive back to El Paso

Price: $2250/person

Sign-up Deadline: 22 February, 2025. (Two weeks before the trip)
To sign up, please fill out the trip questionnaire and submit payment of $1125 before the deadline. This trip will need three participants to proceed. The $1125 deposit will only be refunded in case we do not have enough sign-ups by the February 22 deadline. Assuming the trip is confirmed to proceed, you will be invoiced for the remaining $1125 on February 23. This final payment will be due 1 March, 2025. (one week before the trip date)

U.S. citizens will need a passport that will remain valid for the duration of the trip.
